Lessons Explained

What is a Standard/Group lesson?

A group lesson is a time slot that you can book, referred to as a standard lesson.

These lessons will have a maximum of only 3 riders sharing the time slot with you.

Keep in mind, that if there are no other riders booking that time slot on the day, it will basically be like a 1 on 1 private lesson.

What is a Private lesson?

Private lessons are for riders that want the 1 on 1 training.

This is a 2 hour session dedicated to only 1 rider, ensuring they get the maximum training and attention.

These lessons are not shared with any other rider.

What happens in a lesson?

Every rider is different and the goal is to asses each rider and their skill level.  During the 2 hour lesson, riding faults, bad habits and incorrect riding styles are corrected.

Some riders learn at a slower/faster pace than others, but the final result remains the same...improvement in the right direction.

It's too often I see riders with incorrect riding styles, posture, positioning and so many bad habits.

The reality is, there is a correct way to ride, and without understanding why and how, riding a bike can be very dangerous and your progression will never grow.

From learning how to pull off, clutch control, holeshots, jumping, cornering and winning races, I cover every aspect of riding motocross.

Which riding levels do you train?

Whether you've just started, or you racing nationals and wanting to drop your lap times, any skill level is welcome.

From 2 years old, all the way to dads that are wanting to ride with their kids, or get their fitness up into a great sport, no rider is too old or too young to learn.
